This being a "Make to Order" item, the ordinary shipping time will not apply and it will take a little longer to ship this item than usual.

⚠1. Careful cleaning and disinfection must be carried out before each use. Do not put the clip part into high-temperature sterilization, otherwise, deformation and damage may occur.
⚠2. Careful inspection must be taken before each use. Please stop using the product once any damage is found, and replace it immediately.
⚠3. The product should not be stored together with harmful substances, not close to the heat source.
⚠4. For the health and safety of your children, please use the product under the supervision of parents to avoid accidents such as suffocation.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED AS SHIPPING FEES?
We charge a flat shipping fee of $7.95 for all your orders. For orders above $50, shipping is free.
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 1-3 weeks or 7-20 working days for your order to arrive to the USA. Other countries can take an estimated 1-4 weeks due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates. The shipping time mentioned above are exclusive of order handlinghandling time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. WHAT IF MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?
If it has been 30 days since you placed your order and it hasn't arrived, send us an email so we can give you information about your order in case it has been lost or if there was a delay.
If it's been 50 days after you ordered,we offer to send out a replacement at your decision. If it hasn't been 50 days since you placed your order, do not request a refund. Do not file a refund dispute with your bank or PayPal within this time as you may incur an additional fee.
