 Q. Do you Ship Worldwide? 
A. We are a global store with customers and ambassadors from across the world. We ship to almost all countries at no additional shipping cost.

 

Q. Where can I place an order from? 
A. You can place the order from any country, we ship worldwide.

 

Q. Where do you ship from? 
A. We ship from our partnered factories located in USA, UK and few other Asian Countries.

 

Q. I only received some of my order, where is the rest? 
A. Not to worry! In our effort to reduce overall shipping times and processing delays, we start working on your order as soon as it is placed. This can often mean that your order will arrive in multiple packages, instead of a single package at a later date. Please refer to our Shipping Policy here for further details.

 

Q. I have a discount code, where do I enter it?
A. Discount codes need to be entered in the checkout portion of your order. On mobile you will need to click "show order summary" to enter it. The cost will automatically be adjusted once entered.

If your discount code is not working, contact us on Instagram @lilstuartstore and we will have it fixed for you.

 

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive? 
A. It usually takes between 3 days to 4 weeks for all orders to arrive. Shipping time vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location

 

Q. What are your Shipping Charges? 
A. We charge Flat Fee of $7.95 for shipping. For orders above $50, shipping is free.

 

Q. Which currency will I be charged in? 
A. We process most of our orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

 

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order? 
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one after 24-48 hours.

A. We accept all Major Credit Cards; Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and also PayPal.

 

Q. Is checkout on this site safe and secure? 
A. You can be absolutely sure that all of your purchases done on this site are safe and secure.

 

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information? 
A. We strictly do not sell, rent or lease out any of our customers information such as email, phone number. Emails are collected only for follow-up and to send newsletter of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

 

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs? 
A. For most countries you will not have to pay the customs, but it depends where you are located and how many pieces you order.

 

Q. I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
A. If you need to change or cancel your order, please Contact Us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

 

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. We provide a 24 hours cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel your order then please cancel within a 24 hours window from your time of placement, please contact us at support@lilstuart.com.

If 24 hours window is passed, you cannot cancel the order as product would have been passed to shipping services to transit.

 

Q. My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?
A."Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

 

Q. Why was my order Cancelled?
A. If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that it is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com
